American Board certified in Family Practice, Dr. Smith is a graduate of Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA. He attended Southeastern Louisiana University for his undergraduate studies where he majored in organismal and integrative biology. As a primary care physician, Dr. Smith provides care, treatment and management of all organs and organ systems, as well as all diseases to families and individuals of all ages. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Maggie specializes in health promotion and disease prevention by managing and diagnosing common acute and chronic illnesses. Maggie was drawn to her field because of its diversity. She enjoys connecting with her patients on a deeper level and counseling them to improve their overall health. As a compassionate provider, Maggie enjoys meeting people and working with them over the various stages of their lives. Her experience in the ICU and PACU has made Maggie an empathetic caregiver, a gift that allows her to calmly assess, diagnose, treat and manage her patients’ needs.

Certified Nurse Practitioner Natalie loves the interaction with her patients. She specifically finds it gratifying to help them with their concerns and make them feel at ease navigating their health conditions. As a mother to three children ranging in age from two through twelve, Natalie is no stranger to juggling multiple tasks at once! She was drawn to the medical field because she craves the challenge and enjoys the diversity her chosen profession offers. When not treating patients, you can find Natalie adventuring to new locations. Whether she’s trying a different restaurant or discovering another beach spot, Natalie finds renewal in spending time with her active family.

A RN for twenty-two years, Tara brings a wealth of experience to our team. She was initially drawn to the health care industry because she wanted to make a difference in her community. As a mother, Tara knows firsthand how difficult it can be to recognize childhood illnesses. Not only can it be overwhelming, but also symptoms often present themselves quickly in children and navigating their condition alone can be scary. Tara’s diverse background in the ER and urgent care setting have given her the confidence to excel under these circumstances. Tara certainly is creating an impact within her community while helping her patients live a more healthful, active lifestyle. By sharing her knowledge and education she continues to spread her passion for her profession!

Certified Nurse Practitioner Natalie is a graduate of University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She attended Southeastern Louisiana University for her undergraduate studies where she became a registered nurse. After spending over a decade in the ER, Natalie shifted her focus to Family Medicine once realizing she craved a more meaningful, lasting relationship with her patients. She finds people fascinating and loves to educate them of how amazing the human body truly is. By educating her patients and working together with them, Natalie finds inspiration in improving their quality of life, while reducing their pain. As a full-time co-parent to her two nieces and nephew and a background in working in the ER, there’s not much you can throw at Natalie that flusters her. She’s trained in improvising and working quickly, while remaining calm – a knack her patients appreciate!

Family Nurse Practitioner Megan Adams absolutely loves working with people to find the best way to treat their health issues. When meeting a new patient, she listens to their concerns and helps them find ways to improve their quality of life. Megan finds gratification seeing those very same patients transform into healthier versions of themselves. She was drawn to the medical industry because no day is ever alike and Megan looks forward to seeing what each day brings. When she’s not seeing patients, Megan enjoys traveling with her husband and their young son, Cooper.
